FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

A few things to know before you enquire.

Explore how sourcing, customization and specification approval work. Each enquiry is reviewed around the piece, quantity, intended use and destination.

01

Do you keep every piece in stock?

Our collection is intended for sourcing and made-to-order enquiries. Product availability, specifications and production timing are confirmed for each order.

02

Can I change the size or material?

We can explore changes to dimensions, upholstery, materials and finishes. Feasibility, cost and any minimum quantity are confirmed with the relevant supplier.

03

Can I order a single piece?

You are welcome to enquire about one piece. Minimum quantities and development requirements vary by product and customization.

04

How long will production and delivery take?

Timing depends on the approved specification, quantity, sampling needs and destination. We confirm the expected schedule in the quotation before you proceed.

05

Can you arrange delivery to the UAE or Saudi Arabia?

We can review delivery options for your destination. Freight, customs responsibilities, local delivery and installation must be agreed as part of the order scope.

06

Do you work with designers and hospitality projects?

Yes. Send your furniture schedule, quantities, finishes and any performance requirements so we can review a suitable sourcing approach.

07

Can I see samples before production?

Material samples and product samples can be discussed where available. Sample costs, delivery and approval requirements are confirmed separately.

08

Are the images photographs of finished products?

Images are labelled according to their source. Concept visualizations illustrate a direction; final materials, dimensions and details are confirmed during specification and approval.

09

Do you manufacture everything yourselves?

Our role is furniture sourcing and coordination. We work with independent manufacturers selected according to the requirements of each brief.
