When you enquire, we collect the contact and project details you submit. These can include your name, company, country or region, email address, WhatsApp number, preferred contact method, products or SKUs, quantities, delivery destination, dimensions, materials, colours, finishes and project notes.

We also record your chosen language, the enquiry page, submission time, enquiry reference and contact permissions so we can manage your request. Please include only information needed for your furniture enquiry. Do not send passwords, payment card details or identity documents through this form.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, clarify requirements, assess sourcing and customisation options, prepare quotations and follow up on your project. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing. If you choose WhatsApp as your preferred contact method, the form asks for your permission to discuss this enquiry there.

Website enquiries are saved in a private enquiry area accessible to authorised website administrators. They are not published as catalogue content. Enquiry details may also be sent to our enquiry inbox for follow-up. Our hosting and communication providers process information needed to provide their services.

We keep enquiry records to support discussions, quotations and project follow-up. The form does not automatically delete records after a fixed period. You can contact us to ask for a review, correction or deletion of your information.

When supplier input is needed, we may share only the project information necessary to assess feasibility and prepare a quotation, such as specifications, quantities and delivery destination. We do not need to share your full enquiry or personal contact details for an initial supplier quotation. If a later project step requires additional information to be shared, we will discuss this with you.

If you email us or choose to use WhatsApp, your messages are also handled by those services under their own privacy policies. Our WhatsApp buttons open a conversation; they do not send a message on your behalf. We receive the message only when you choose to send it.

As we work from China and use external hosting and communication services, information may be handled in China and in other countries where those service providers operate.

The enquiry system uses submission references and short-lived security checks to limit repeated or abusive requests. Hosting systems may also keep technical access logs, such as connection addresses, request times and requested pages, for operation and troubleshooting. The current enquiry form does not enrol you in advertising or marketing tracking.

To ask about your information, request a copy, correct a detail, request deletion or change how we contact you, email lyouisou04816@gmail.com. Please include your enquiry reference if available. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request relates to you before acting on it. Copies held in correspondence or backups may need separate review; deletion is not an automatic action of this form.
